I have finals for school this week, so I've been busy.

I misunderstood... saya just made a map manager with also modded maps on it.
but you can still mod maps in a hex editor.
The EMTF crew is doing a nice job at it with snow, the fast ladders and all

just a map manager, not a tool to mod? aha.

I think EMTF is using the map resigner on fcmaps, together with a normal hex editor.

I should go to kai again and see what they are doing, cause the modded map on evolution always been fun as hell, and brought great visual effects. To bad it is only for evolution on kai.

I still think you should get a 360 uprock, i do see why you hated live, but if you know the right people, then it can be pretty fun.

But i'll try to come on kai again this weekend, and hopefully i'll catch you and the EMTF guys online.

Well, I've just shown Dice about Taylor's resigner last week and now he's just making maps. There is no new discoveries since you all left for 360.
Evo is just slowly dieing because there is no new features.


Thats why I think everyone should share what they've found,

For example how to mod vehicules as the humvee in Sesame Mod,
You should also share the modded profiles, (MR WHITE, PREDATOR, and the others that only you know the existence.)

I think these shares could give some extra live to FCE and everyone could learn about it.

I can break the ice by the only thing that I've found,
I've found that some text were red buy FCE as logos, and that we could use these logos in our maps descriptions.

maybe when i can find a good modded one 2nd hand or so
cause at least i want to be able use ftp and store games on the harddisk
i heard it can be risky runnig a modded 360 since you can be kicked out of xbox live when the nazi's find out.
anybody have good experience with modded 360's?

c'mon billwater, you know aswell as i do that evo will never die!
there are just too many people around with xboxes and anybody ilkes to have good fun for free.
what new features do you need???
just use some imagination, create some new maps and you have new fun!
and in predator are no more features than in evolution, just different looks.

Ask a percentage of people who have a 360 how many of those have had Hardware Failure.

(If this was a Car or Motorbike it would not be allowed on sale with statistics like that)

I have been lucky enough not to have suffered the Red Rings of Death yet but I am sure it will happen one day, Claire's brother will have had his 360 for 2 years this November and he also has not had any Hardware Failures yet, we have been lucky.

The 360 has some amazing games, and the controller is excellent, Xbox Live is a good service but can be costly. Modded xboxes can be banned and you can't use FTP with them (as far as I know)

The PS3 lets you replace the HD with a larger version by just inserting a laptop drive into the caddy, the USB pen drives work the same as a memory card, the PS3 is a more solid console from what I have been told from people that have both consoles. It also upscales normal dvd's and its blue ray drive is quieter than a 360 drive.

I have also been told that if a developer wants to release free upgrades or things on the PS3 they can do so, unlike Xbo Live which charges for everything. (even if something is free the Developers will have paid Microsoft for them to give it to us free)
The PS3 network is also free.

Most people don't talk on PS3 maybe because it doesn't come with a micropone - not as many live users have bought one. PSN (Playstation Network) is not as good as XBL but it is getting better all the time, I also hear that games don't suffer anywhere near the same amount of lag as on the 360 (but then again there arn't as many users) But then again the 360 also had a years start over the PS3

You make your own minds up - I know I will be getting a PS3 hopefully for when Far Cry 2 comes out and I am really looking forward to it.

Well, I experimented the death of EVO on XBC, It happened faster than I tought. and nowadays, there is'nt any people playing.
What is the reason why it should'nt happend the same way on KAI...



Well, the strength of EVO beside PRED was mapsuite, now that it's gone, I think we should check for other mods and of course, let everyone know about the existing ones such as the merc kits...



I already have theses characters for a while now but the problem is that only few ones know how they're made and if there are more kits. And all of the people who knows keeps silence...
